Delete your Steady On account
You can delete your account and the health information associated with it, even if you no longer have the app installed.
Request deletion by email
Email us from the address used for your Steady On account. Put Delete my Steady On account in the subject. We may reply once to verify that the account belongs to you.
Email a deletion requestIf the button does not open your email app, write to enquiries@symingtonintelligencegroup.co.uk. There is no charge. We will confirm when deletion is complete and respond within one month.
Delete it immediately in the app
If you can still sign in, open More → Account & your data → Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm. This takes effect immediately.
What is deleted
- Your Steady On sign-in and account profile
- Readings, symptoms, notes, intake, lean tests and weather history
- Medications, cycles, appointments, experiments, checks and flare records
- Programme progress, preferences, sharing links and app entitlements
What may remain
If you paid, transaction records are retained by Stripe for six years where required for accounting and tax. They do not contain your health logs. Deleted rows may remain in encrypted database backups for up to one week before the backup rotates; those backups are used only for disaster recovery.
